You know that feeling when you should be working out but your day never slows down? I found a hack for that — no gym, no workout plan required.
After hearing Dr. Brennan Spiegel talk about “gravity intolerance” on Dave Asprey’s Human Upgrade podcast, I decided to build gravity into my routine. A few times a week, I now wear a 20 lb. weight vest, and 2-5 lb. ankle, and wrist weights while standing on a balance half ball at my adjustable desk. Works for hiking too.
The hands-free setup blends seamlessly into daily routine and helps with many goals including bone density, muscle tone and posture support.
